We exist to offer support to moms and guardians around the challenges af ushering our young girls into womanhood. Our uniquely cultivated curriculum offers resources and guidance. We also offer products for menstruation and menopause. We honor the onset, current course of events and completion of the entire cycle.

Personal Growth & Education
Assisting in education through written and virtual resources and community engagement. Our tribe guide is unique and the only one of its kind as it grows with your girl. It's never to early to start sharing with her what it means to be a girl and how she can be prepared for her 1st cycle and navigate everyone thereafter. You will be better equipped to discuss hard topics. It may even help you heal wounds you didn't even know where there.

Inside the community you will glean from moms who have gone before you and can offer tools and resources for successful discussion with you and your girls tribe.

We participate in interactive workshops for mothers and daughters that make conversations about puberty, body changes, and emotional health engaging and approachable.

Wellness & Lifestyle Resources
Guidance on whole wellness covering menstrual health, hygiene, nutrition, mental health, and body confidence. Focus areas include: Whole-girl wellness, Emotional regulation tools, Self-care routines for girls and moms
