Red Tribe Community is a wellness-focused organization dedicated to equipping mothers and daughters with the knowledge and resources to navigate puberty with confidence. Our mission is to promote whole-girl health—supporting physical, emotional, and social well-being as she grows into her future self. We empower families with tools, education, and community to ensure every girl’s journey into womanhood begins with confidence and care.

At Red Tribe Community, we celebrate a girl’s transition into womanhood as a sacred and empowering milestone. Our mission is to provide mothers and guardians with trusted resources, guidance, and community support to navigate this journey with confidence. Through education and connection, we promote whole-girl wellness, helping every girl embrace her journey with confidence, grace and clarity.
Be Ready
Your girl is going to need you when the time comes. Be Ready to peacefully and patienlty enter into this space with her. Put your fears aside and prepare to have open dialogue about the days, months and years to come. This can be a scary time for you both so lets us help you create a space of love and acceptance.
Build Your Community
As you reflect on your own relationship with your cycle and your journey into your own coming of age, the one important thing that was probably missing was community. And not just the women in your mothers circle, but the ones in your own. This is your opportunity to foster and build that community of your own for your own. There are discussions that need to be had with women with which whom you need to connect. Make it a priority, as challenging as it may be, to cultivate relationships of your own that your daughter will see and desire for herself. Let her know who those women are. Let her know that she can trust them to talk to when she cant (for whatever reason) talk to you.
